We have been using DJ Intelligence since 2009 as our music planning software.  DJ Intelligence has a planner, timeline, music and guest link tab.  

We have Wedding Charts, Tops songs from each decade and trending new music lists.  The song chart lists are great for mixed crowds at corporate, private and wedding events.
